LITANY FOR THE ISLES OF DELIGHT

(PROŚBA O WYSPY SZCZĘŚLIWE)

Oh, take me to the isles of delight,
Comb my hair like flowers with gentle breeze, kiss endlessly,
Lullaby me and ease with a sleep, veil me with a lyre, tranquilize,
Never wake me up from my dream on the isles of delight.

Show me violent waters and waters of calm,
Let me listen to stars chatting on the trees, all green,
Show me myriad of butterflies, hug me with their hearts,
Bow down thoughts of peace over the waters, with love.
